About PlayLoft
A small, tidy shelf of browser games.
We built PlayLoft for the kind of break where you want to play something now, not spend ten minutes installing a launcher first. Every game opens in the page you are already on.
What we do
PlayLoft is a free catalogue of HTML5 browser games. We organise titles by genre, write short original summaries, and keep the shelves tidy so it is easy to move from one game to another. There are no accounts, no profiles and no comment sections — the site exists to help you find something fun to play.
We deliberately keep the catalogue focused. Rather than mirroring thousands of listings, we pull a curated selection from established game publishers, filter out anything that does not fit a general audience, and group the rest into twelve broad categories. A game page includes a playable frame, a plain-language description, platform information, controls, tags and a few related picks.
Where the games come from
Every game is provided by a third-party publisher — primarily GameMonetize and GameArter. We do not host, copy or re-upload game files. When you press play, the game is loaded inside a remote iframe from the publisher’s own servers. That means the publisher’s privacy policy and terms apply while you are playing, and any in-game advertising is controlled by them.
Game names, artwork, characters and trademarks belong to their respective owners. If you are a rights holder and would like a listing corrected or removed, email us at [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
How the site is funded
PlayLoft is free to use. The site is supported by display advertising sold around the games, and by the revenue share arrangements offered by some of our game partners. We do not charge for access, and we do not ask for payment details. Advertising slots are clearly labelled and never designed to look like part of the game.
We keep the ad load deliberately light: a banner near the top of the page, placements around the player, and a single sidebar unit on game pages. We do not use pop-unders, auto-redirects or interstitials that block the play button.
Editorial approach
Descriptions are written or edited for this site; where we rely on publisher copy, we trim it into a shorter summary and add our own framing. Games are screened against a keyword blocklist so that listings aimed at unrelated or restricted topics are not published here. We also avoid titles that require an account or a separate download.
